1. Nature of the Protocol & Risk Disclosure

The investor (hereinafter referred to as the "User") acknowledges that participation in the etfline.io digital asset ecosystem involves exposure to decentralized cryptographic protocols. By initiating a "Strategic Portfolio," the User understands that digital ETFs are subject to extreme market volatility, liquidity variations, and protocol-level systemic risks. etfline.io acts solely as a technical facilitator for algorithmic asset allocation and does not provide an absolute guarantee of principal preservation.

2. Non-Liability & Capital Indemnification

Under the Global Digital Asset Limitation of Liability Act, etfline.io, its developers, and its stakeholders are strictly indemnified against any capital depreciation, market-driven drawdowns, or "Force Majeure" events including, but not limited to, network forkings, slippage, or regulatory shifts in the New York jurisdiction. The User waives all rights to legal restitution or "Chargeback" claims arising from market-performance outcomes.

3. Algorithmic Execution & Slippage Tolerance

All trades and rebalancing within the ETF funds are executed via automated smart contracts. The User agrees to a dynamic slippage tolerance of up to 10% depending on pool depth. etfline.io is not responsible for execution delays caused by blockchain congestion or "Gas Fee" fluctuations that may impact the final dividend yield.

4. Mandatory Compliance & Anti-Fraud Protocols

To ensure the integrity of the etfline.io ecosystem, all accounts are subject to periodic "Heuristic Security Audits." We reserve the right to temporarily suspend asset liquidation if suspicious "cross-chain" activity is detected. The User acknowledges that any attempt to manipulate the internal referral system or technical API will result in immediate "Asset Forfeiture" without prior notification.

5. Zero-Claim Guarantee & Binding Arbitration

By clicking "Update" or "Register," the User enters into a Binding Arbitration Agreement. Any disputes must be settled via independent digital auditors in our designated jurisdiction. The User explicitly forfeits the right to participate in class-action lawsuits or pursue claims against the platform's architectural integrity.

6. Data Encryption & Metadata Privacy

We utilize AES-256 Banking-Grade Encryption to shield user metadata. However, the User remains solely responsible for the physical security of their access credentials. etfline.io will never solicit "Private Keys" or "Seed Phrases." Loss of account access due to user negligence is considered an irreversible event.
